I went back to work last Tuesday after a 2 week break hence my lack of posts! I was only back for 3 days and then off for the long weekend - lucky me! I set about making some cards yesterday - some of you may know I don't have a craft room (yet!) so I have to drag out loads of stash into my living room - but I couldn't find my mojo :((
I made this one pitiful card for the Less is More challenge which this week is Thanks or Congratulations.
I made this card for my sister who had her driving test today. Unfortunately she failed so not only do I not really like this card that much, I now feel like I jinxed her! Sorry sis xx
Today is a new day however and my mojo returned - hurrah!! and I made the following card for the same challenge
This was my first attempt at making rolled roses and I'm really happy how they turned out. I added a little glitter glue along the top edges for a bit of sparkle.
Bit of a long post for me, so thanks (if you made it to the end!) for looking and also a BIG thank you to all the lovely LIMettes who leave such lovely and encouraging comments each week.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry your sister didn't pass this time Donna but I can't believe your card would have been the culprit! It's beautiful - I really like the bold bow on it. Love the second card too - your rolled flowers are gorgeous. I love the touch of sparkle on the edges. (I've just been over to your daughters blog too - how lovely that you've passed your crafty genes on!)
