Less Is More week 28

I haven't entered the Less is More challenge for a few weeks now and thought it was high time I got myself into gear and entered! This week is a one layer card using inks in a way you haven't used them before. I did do something I haven't done before but I haven't used inks I've used chalks - I hope I'm still allowed to enter?? Anyhow, I have had these chalks forever and decided this was a good time to give them a go. I used the teeny cotton wool type balls that came with them to put the chalk onto the card using a nestie as a rough guide for the area I wanted to cover. I then simply stamped the tree over the top and then added the sentiment (the right way up! - the first one I did was upside down doh!!)

The tree is from the Kanban stamp set Spring Silhouettes and the sentiment is from Heard from the Heart from Stampin Up.

Thanks for looking.
