Get Well Soon

My pops is in hospital at the mo as he's having a bit of a hard time. He's asthmatic, has brochiectasis and a heart problem - dropping to bits bless him!

I made him this card to try and cheer him up a bit.

This card was based loosely around one I made at a class at Victoria's a while back, combined with the gorgeous owl made to look like a nurse!

Dad loved it and a few of the nurses have made comment on it too and have asked if I have a business card!! Better get one made sharpish eh!!

1st Anniversary

My good friend Charlotte married the lovely James almost a year ago (July 30th) and I have made them this card to mark the occasion. I made it quite fun as they are a young fun couple and I'm sure they'll appreciate it!

This owl punch from StampinUp is just soooo versatile and I love using the googly eyes with it he he!

I went to see Harry Potter this morning with my hubbie n two of the chiddies - we all loved it! Can't believe thay aren't going to make any more although it would be quite easy to continue the adventures with how they left it ... so who knows?!

Blue (for a boy!)

Here is the male card that I have made for my work colleague to go with the selection of female ones shown yesterday.

I love this cute owl and couldn't resist putting some 'googly' eyes on him!!
