Sweet Stop Sketch 104

I made this card following the sketch over at Sweet Stop Sketch and am entering into their challenge. The challenge is the sketch (obviously!) but also to have 'winged things' included. I first thought about butterflies - they are soooo popular right now! but then I thought - no! and I brought out the lovely Sugarplums Lil' Bug Emma from CC designs that my daughter used last week. She coloured her to look like a bumble bee so I thought I would go for the 'ladybug' look!

I coloured her with my Promarkers and used a glittery jelly roller for her wings. I used some red and black papers from SU and coloured some flowers to match to complete the card.

I would also like to enter into TLT - anything goes.

Thanks for looking.

Last 3 Birthday cards

Well, here are the final 3 cards from my selection of 10 for a friend.

The first 2 cards are made using Nikki stamps from Ladybug Crafts Ink. I love these stamps.

Close up of lovely Nikki.

Simple layering and a few gems along with a die cut strip add interest to this card.

This is my attempt at making a card without a stamp. I don't do too many of them but I think this turned out OK.

Thanks for buzzin by, Donna x
